This site offers photo editing, beautiful photo effects, text, and painting options. You can upload and edit you photos online, or download the free program, Gimp, so you edit on your computer. I love this site because there is no registration. Just start editing. The edit features allow you to resize an image, crop, rotate & flip, fix blemishes, airbrush, remove wrinkles, change eye color, whiten teeth and too many more features to list. iPiccy also allows you to create a frame for your picture, add cute clip art as well as change the look of you picture.
